6. Approval of the AGM minutes, held on the 4th May 2022
7. To nominate representatives as follows – 1. Village Hall, 2. Internal Auditor, 3. Taw & Torridge Estuary Forum, 4. Environment
8. To approve 2022/3 accounts
9. Annual Governance & Accountability Return – to agree that the return can be approved and signed by the Chairman once prepared
10. To provisionally agree date of the 2024 AGM (15th?)
