3. Minutes – to confirm and agree the signing of the minutes held on the 8th January 2024
4. Matters arising – the organising of an emergency plan had started, but a meeting of interested parties needs to be arranged. Safeguarding – the Safeguarding Officer for St Peter’s Church, is Sarah Ansell (safeguardwest@ttec.org.uk), and should be the first point of contact for any safeguarding concerns.
5. Co-option of Selaine Saxby as a Parish Councillor

7. Public Session – 15 minutes
8. County & District Reports
9. Finance – to agree any retrospective and current invoices.
10. Planning – nothing to date to report from Christie Estates. Potential removal of red phone box.
11. Next meeting – 7th May, which will be the AGM, starting at 6pm, followed by the normal Council meeting at 7pm. Please note that Cllr Fairbrother has made known his intention to step down as Chairman, but remain as a Parish Councillor.
